I have been working primarily with clay since 2001. My work has gone through many evolutions. I have experimented with different techniques, firings, and surface applications. I make both functional and non-functional pieces. I hand-build and throw on the wheel. My sculpture is about form, my pottery is about function. Often the two meld. My goal is aesthetic grace.
